Ethan Yip is a Principal Engineer and founding team member at Resonance, working on human–AI emotional resonance. He is also a Youth Delegate with the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs and Director of HTSI Global, where he builds entrepreneurship infrastructure across Asia, Africa, Latin America, and North America. His work spans AI startups, venture strategy, full-stack engineering, and mechanistic interpretability, with research focused on the geometry of LLM reasoning.
